I could not identify the files required to proceed with the quotation.
In SPOT quotes, the files sent by the client are available within the quote under the "Attachments" menu:

In BID quotes, the files sent by the client are available within the quote under the "Quote" menu and then in the "Attachments" section:

When no documents are visible in this area, it indicates that no attachments were actually sent at the time the quote was created.
If you have trouble opening these attachments, contact the client immediately and request that they resend them, as they may contain essential information for your quote.
Centralizing documents within the quote itself provides important benefits for the supplier:
- Facilitates access to technical information;
-
Prevents data loss in external emails;
-
Ensures history and traceability;
-
Contributes to more complete and competitive proposals.
If important attachments for the quote are missing, it is recommended to request them directly from the client.
