I missed the quotation deadline. What should I do?

How to proceed when the quotation is closed and the proposal has not yet been submitted.

Access the system in the environment where you intend to submit your proposal. It is important to highlight that each client has an exclusive environment, which means that all records and information generated in this space are confidential and private.

If the quotation is already closed, the supplier must contact the client directly and formally request the reopening.

Cargo Sapiens does not have permission to reopen quotations on behalf of the parties, as the management and decisions regarding deadlines and reopening are the exclusive responsibility of the client.

We recommend that the request be made through the official communication channel already used between the parties, ensuring agility and traceability in the process.

 


 

Therefore, after accessing the quotation with the status "Ended", click the "Message Client" button in the "Communication with Client" field.

 

After clicking, please pay attention to the warning message that will appear:

 

Then click the "Ok" button.

Next, write your message and, if necessary, you can also attach a file or document. Then click the "Submit" button.

 

Once sent, the message will be recorded in the history, where it can be viewed.

 

The client will receive an email notification with the option to read the message either directly in the email or through the platform. After the client replies, you will also receive an email notification.

Additionally, we suggest attempting to contact the client through other channels if there is no response via the platform.
