In the Cargo Sapiens system, it is possible to cancel a quote when necessary. However, once canceled, there is no option to reverse this action or reopen the same quote to the market.
If you need to restore the quote, the available alternative is to clone it after cancellation. When cloning, the system creates a new quote identical to the original, maintaining the same information and parameters.
It is important to note that, since this is a new quote, all logistics providers will need to respond again, even if they had already participated in the previous quote.
For BIDs, the "Reopen" button remains available within the quote, allowing you to click it even when the status is "Closed."
Once this is done, when you return to the main quotes screen, the BID will be "In Progress" and, if you have completed the step of clicking reopen again, it will appear with the lock icon open.
